Can someone help tell what breed and sex these are?

We are not sure what breed or sex this big chic is. Anyone have any clues?




I also have two Barred Rocks I am not sure are hens. They flare their necks a lot. They are not crowing or anything but we are concerned they Roos. Any idea? Sorry for the bad pics.

The good news is that the brown hen is a pullet not certain of breed or cross. The bad news is that the barred rocks are cockerels.

Fracking Tractor Supply. I pulled the barred's from the pullet tub. I was afraid they were cockerls

The hen is not an EE, I don't think. Maybe a mix? Her back & wings look like red sex link, her neck coloring looks like buff Brahama, & she has some black in her tail. Very pretty girl.

If the brown one has a white ear lobe it could be a buff- Columbian Leghorn,
If red ear lobe, rose comb could be buff - Columbian Wyandot, I am not shore.

So I was looking at the brown chic again with the black tail feathers some more today and she is BIG I have a buff orpington that is two years old and the new chic is a lot larger that my Orpington is.

Looked back at my post from another site and I think she might be a Red Ranger. I vaguely remember that from the store list.
