My power went off for about 9 hours, on the 17th day of my hatch. Temp got down the low 80's. Do you think this hurt my eggs?

I think you will be ok. Others have had hatches after long periods of power outages and temps lower than yours. Good luck

A little history to why people are telling you they will be fine. The very early days and the very last days of a hatch, almost nothing like a power outage or a temp spike or a humidity drop or spike will kill the chicks. It's the middle of the hatch process where those things can matter more, though more have success than those that don't.

I think they'll be fine. Some may hatch late, if the eggs got cool.

Lower temps. Slow development down, giving you late hatchers.

Some people put the entire incubator in the car, with the heat on

when they have power outages.
