Can someone name this breed????

My brother gave this lil' hen to my daughter because his large hens picked on her. I have 3 bantam phoenix's so I put her with them. She is full grown and is much smaller than the others. She looks like a dove.lol any idea what she is? lays very small white eggs.

looks like a blue wheaten in color I'm bad with bantams, so I dont know the breed

I have seen a breed with the face/head shape and I am trying to remember where. Have you tried feathersite.com?
