This is a stretch, but I am putting this here on BC in the hope that someone can forward this to duck lovers in CT..... The poor thing needs help now. I will also post to the Duck forum.

  This duck lives at Messerschmidt Pond in Westbrook all year round. It has its wings clipped, so he can't fly, but when you approach him he responds to the word "bird!"

I posted to the Where am I- Where Are You.... It seems that they were dumped there....(domesticated). The original person who posted (Sara) said the wings had been clipped. Really just need to put the prospective adoptive parent in touch now with the Sara person who posted the bulletin originally.....But can't find a phone number for the organization called "Shoreline Neighbors." The adoptive parent is asking specifically where the pair of geese can be found at the lake.....Any help or ideas are most welcome at this point. Thanks all!!!!
