Can someone please help!! Someone with experience. PICS ADDED

Someone correct me, but I think Coon is a Buttercup!! A pullet, at that age with that comb, if I'm right.

I have two just like her, but a bit older.

Here are some pics of mine as chicks:

I think they are about 4 weeks in these. Ginger and Marianne had very different tails at that stage, and at 17 weeks, do still, but both are girls.

Does Coon have willow green legs? Look at the bottoms of her feet- are they sort of a lime color?

I'm voting Buttercup, but that would clinch it.

coon and dixie are from mcmurry hatcheries, they have a blueish gray leg. They were sold the us as americana pullets. They are 7 weeks old, born on may 4th.

It's not the coloring I was really looking at so much as the comb- it's peculiarly buttercup-style as far as I can see.

If you look at Feathersite, the coloring is variable in the chicks, though it seems that the ones I've seen are pretty consistent.

It's certainly possible your EE was created with a Buttercup parent, too, from what I understand about some hatcheries and their EE breeding programs. I haven't talked to any hatcheries to confirm this, but it's generally stated on BYC that hatcheries might use any breed in their EE's.
