my easter egger chick has gone very weak, her chest is full and hard. ive force fed her some water and grit, and very little food. shes in a blanket with a heater blowing on her. how can i make her better?

Is it her chest or her crop? If its her crop, she could have an impacted crop. How long has it been like this?

maybe her crop, i was told by my mother in law that's where they store their food. i just noticed it today, how do i unpack it. she's skinny and weak. shes wont really stand up. she did poop alittle

Do a quick forum search on the following two phrases:

"Sour Crop"

"Impacted Crop"

Both will give a nice detailed explanation on what to do. An impacted crop, if it were that, is a very serious life-threatening condition for a chicken.
