Can someone please tell me what breed this rooster is?

Ah, the legs. Doh. I was thinking hatchery quality. Looks an awful lot like a faverolles though.

He does, but he's missing that extra toe and he's got those smooth legs...AND he was a livestock acquisition...so DEF not hatchery quality, but VERY cool and pretty bird! I have a few chicks that he's fathered, so I am excited to see if those hens lay blue/green eggs! Thanks for the help!
