Can someone tell me if these are mites or just dirt?

This was taken on the back feathers of my buff orp, dirt or mites?

Mites look like black pepper spots moving. They never sit still. Specks of dirt don't move.

Nits are from lice, not mites. Lice are straw colored moving flecks. Nits look like grains of rice stuck along the feather shaft.

I am not seeing anything of concern in that photo, but your eyes are best.
