Can someone tell me if these are roosters?

They are both almost four weeks old and I'm concerned about the way they are developing that they are male. Can anyone weigh in on this? The black one is very dominant and always chasing the others.

It may be too early, but the red one looks like a cockerel, just from the comb and upright tail feathers. What breed is the black one?

Honestly they all look like hens to me, I had hens that had that upright tail feathers before.

I hope you are right! Neighbors said no roosters lol.
