They are around 4 months old. But I have no idea they are boys or girls. They are all look same and very loud. I am afraid someday my neighbors will complain about the noise!

Can someone tell me the sex of them? Thanks a lot!

Loud, quacking ducks are females.

See if you might notice a pattern to their noise making. My runners don't often make much of a racket, and part of that, I think, is that they are fairly content and secure. If I leave a gate open and then walk out of sight, they will holler more, and my guess is that they know that if I am not around and the gate is open that they are more vulnerable.

Also, they fuss if their food pan is empty or if their bedding is in need of freshening (not often).

They also holler to greet me when I arrive, but quiet down quickly.

I give eggs to neighbors as a good will gesture, and my neighbors, their kids, dogs and machinery are all much louder than the ducks have ever been.

Thanks for the reply!

These pekins quack when they are hungry and I think they are asking for food. Also like yours they'd like to give greeting to me when I am around.

But they have the tails which I read are kind of male characteristic, is that this looking of tails?

From the pictures I do not see any drake curls in the ducks shown.
They would look like this (the drakes are on the right)

Your ducks should have a drake curl by now but may not. The curl is very obvious and is usually one but may be 2 or 3 feathers that are curled relatively tightly.
