Can someone tell me the genders

You do not mention their age. Neither are showing a drake curl, but may be too young for that. Ducks have a loud quack - drakes have a raspy, hoarse voice.

The two signs sour land mentioned I used as well. It does take a little while for the drake feather to really curl but on my two males (now 1) the drake feather almost curled all the way over. And you can certainly tell when they make noise. The "quack" that is associated with ducks only comes from females. The males sound raspy and not nearly as loud, as if they have a sore throat.
