Can someone tell me what breed I am?

Nope no tail,nothing. I'll take an updated pic of him and post it up. That picture was taken when he was 6 weeks old. Hes about 11 now. My friend ordered a feather footed bantam package from McMurray's and gave me 5.

I would guess self blue Cochin too, but bad foot feathering. I wouldn't expect it to be rumpless (but it is possible) he'll probably have a cushion tail come in

Boy your guy looks qutes a bit like my guy except yours has no tail and less foot feathering!

Bad picture but that is about the only kind of picture I take! That picture is from about 6 weeks ago. When I asked people said he was a cochin BUT I think he is a cochin silkie mix. He was supposed to be a silkie but isn't. My guy also has two tufts of feathers like an EE would on his cheeks, but the guy I got the eggs from didn't have EE just cochins and silkies I think. Otherwise I have my guy sitting right next to your current picture and they look very similar. Right down to the slight tilt in the comb.
