Can someone tell me what kind of chicken this is?

This pretty hen is on a ranch that my younger sister lives on! I'm trying to figure out what kind of chicken she is, but I'm not as experienced as others on all the chicken breeds yet!

The closest I could find was Hamburg, but the markings on her aren't as quite circular, and she's crested which doesn't seem to be an attribute of Hamburgs! Mixed breed, perhaps? Or maybe someone knows! Her name is Penny
