It could be a white (not light) brahma. But I'm not sure.

There is no such thing as a white brahma. It's hard to see but does it have a single comb or rose comb? How old?

She has a single comb. She should be about 10 weeks old if the last owner was correct in age. I could try to get better pics tomorrow. My sister in-law has an amazing camera.

Brahmas don't have single combs nor come in pure white only columbian. Where as Cochins have both. I am thinking she is a white Cochin but better pictures would help.

They may be not recognized but I am pretty sure there is when you look it up there are pics and info on white brahmas. They probably are an accidental breeding or someone didn't cull enough.

I may be wrong though. I haven't research alot though. just looked 'em up online. If you google them it shows some whites and lights.

I am going to have to really investigate this.

Only light dark buff are recognized in the us. Unless she was the first to import them I stand corrected. Also please read above she said it has a single comb which is not on brahmas.
