My chicken passed these this morning and I have no clue what they are.

Salpingitis may not respond to antibiotics once lash material is seen. If I was going to use one, I would use enrofloxacin or Baytril, which is banned for chickens. That one treats mycoplasma, E.coli, and other bacteria that may be found in the oviduct. Here is a link, and dosage is 0.25 ml or 1/4 ml twice a day for 5 days for a 5 pound hen:

Some do use amoxicillin when they do not have or want to use Baytril.
 
I have some doxycyline but I don't know if it will work for this. My local farm supply store has amoxicillin I can go get. I just want to make sure I get something that will help.
