It depends on the age. After three to four months you will see a curl on the tail feathers.

They are almost 2 months but we could tell for our 7 week old mallards so I was wondering

Voice sexing is the only way I know of. Pekin are going to be slower to finish maturing.

Males at that age will make whistle/raspy sounds, females will QUACK. Sexing by drake feathers isn't the most accurate way, their voice wont lie.
