Can the eggs survive 44 deg weather?

Hey,I just got a pair of scovys sunday and the female layed yesterday and today

!At first I thought I would see if she could hatch her own but now im thinking she wont becouse its all a new enviroment

so I begged my mom yesterday and we got the Brinsea eco coming in soon

and I was just wondering if I brought the eggs in could they still be viable to hatch?
 
How many eggs does she have in the nest as of now? Usually the hen will lay a clutch (6-10 eggs?) and will then decide to set. If she's too young, she may not. If you're wanting to hatch them yourself then by all means go ahead and take them. But generally speaking, she "should" begin to set once she's done laying her clutch.
