Hi,
I have a GQF 1260 hatcher here. It has a lot of setting trays but no hatching trays, just a bunch of emu/ ostrich ratite hatching wire cages that sit in the trays. The wires are probably too wide to walk on so it would need to rubber shelf liner added to the bottom (also the dividers removed). Would it be safe to use like that or would they get hurt bumping into the wire walls? The other idea was making walls for the setting trays out of plastic canvas stitched with dental floss and strong tulle in the front so no one can jump out but I can see.
Thanks,
bel
