Can there be to much humidity while hatching?

What is the maximum for the humidity for a hatcher? I just got this and chicks are hatching and what should the humidity be? Same as a bator 50% or so?

Up until my last hatch I ran my humidity at about 60%.

Last hatch I put it up to 70%.... some chicks got stuck and sticky.

Next hatch it will go back to 60%

My incubator is around 50-55% and my hatcher is around 45-60% I'm trying to find the right amount of water surface area...

Thanks for the link but I do not have a foam incubator, I have a GFQ Sportsman, holds around 225-250 in the bator and a separate hatcher that holds the same. So like 60% + or - a little bit is good?
