Yes. They appear fully feathered. Just provide them with a nice thick layer of bedding as they'll snuggle down into that on cool nights. Choose an upcoming night where the forecast is for a "warmer" over night low, say the 40's and move them on out. They'll be just fine.

If they are feathered out ( looks like it from photo) and it isn't really cold, you should be able to put them out in the coop.

They need face time about 2 weeks or so before putting tgem together. Separate them with a fence so they can see each other but not peck
