Goldfish crackers? A few won't hurt them, but I would consider them an occasional "treat".
Same with fried foods - every once in a while in small amount. Scraps.
I thought actual goldfish too. Was trying to figure out how a fresh water fish was salty.
You can feed them any scraps. As for daily intake take that with a grain of salt and think more in line of weekly intake. Let's face it, sometimes the leftovers in the fridge are piling up and getting out of date. It all goes to the birds then and that doesn't leave much for them eating chicken feed that day. It's fine, it's food, it's just not perfectly balanced diet for a day. I'm sure you've missed a day of veggies but are still growing.
I like to use goldfish crackers as training treats. Chickens are really attracted to the orange color. They break apart real easy to you can decide the size of the treat.
