the eggs in the bator. the instructions say to lay them all out wihtout them touching, but it would make them easier to turn if they could touch...

I have so many egg getting ready to go in the bator that i was trying to figure out how in the world I was going to fit them.. I know a good handful will never develop because of what i believe to be a lethal gene, I was going to stack them.. Then I realized that if I lifted the sides of the bator to "turn" them, there is a chance a few could roll and that concerned me... SOOOOO.... I may put them standing up on the pointy end against each other so they basically hold each other up... They will be in the same position they would be in cartons but without the cartons... Once I cull the ones that don't develop, I can see if i can put them in actual cartons or lay them on their sides...

Do you think that will work?

Maybe I will come up with something that will hold all the eggs in that position but will hold more than a turner does... 42 eggs is just NOT enough!!
