Friend has a: 'Thermo Scientific Lab line imperial III' Incubator that I'm wondering whether it could be used to hatch eggs.

It's was made for scientific samples and I know you can control temperature... but I'm wondering if people think you'd be able to convert it to a hatching device. Mostly wondering if people think I'd be able to figure out a way to control humidity. I'm new to hatching eggs in general...

The specs for it are:
  • Lab-Line Imperial III
  • Model #305
  • Manufactured by Lab-Line
  • 120 volts
  • 400 watts
  • 3.3 amps
  • Unit size: 34.5" H x 20" W x 25.5" D
