If you have the opportunity I encourage you to try it and see for yourself. Let us know how it goes. I don't see how it could possibly hurt you. What do you have to lose?

You can read different ways to predetermine the sex of the chick that hatches out of a certain egg. In my opinion every one of them is right half the time and wrong half the time. The odds are 50-50 each way. Sometimes by coincidence it will appear to work, especially if you just hatch a few eggs. But if you hatch enough eggs for averages to mean something it's not likely to work consistently. But it would be a fun experiment.
