Can this be used in coops and brooders?

I just saw someone has this on FB marketplace and am wondering if this is the same thing I see people saying they use in their coops and brooders (hemp product). If it is, at that price I'll want to get some.

Hemp produced from different companies can all be a little different, so I learned on this thread. Some can be dusty.

Can you get a small amount first to test it?

Otherwise, if you have to buy a lot of it and don't like it, it's good for gardens and compost, and maybe you could still use it for nest boxes.
