What does the navel area look like?

It makes big fuss when I picked it up. Kicking and chirping but won’t open its eyes or stand

He hasn't been hatched for very long so is weak from the exertion. The navel area looks a little open still. I asked a couple people and they said it will probably heal up just fine. Do you have any triple antibiotic ointment you can put on it?

If you have an incubator I would put it in there at about 95° if you can set it to this. Leave it in there for 24 hours and see how it does.
If it perks up you can put it back in with its mama.
