Can this egg survive?

Hi all, another question for you, I have 3 eggs in my incubator and it is day 14 today. One of the eggs is from one of my pullets. It is smaller than the other 2 because of the pullet's age. Is it safe for the chick, can she hatch from the smaller egg? I really hope I didn't make a mistake putting that egg in the incubator.

Generally, you don't want to incubate new layer eggs for this reason, they usually make it out ok but there's a little more going against it.

I hatch pullet eggs all the time never had to help

I hatched some pullets egg once, and they didn't have any problems.
The hen I kept from that hatch is going strong, laying eggs and in the moment raising her own chicks.
