My question is:Can he do his job?

If he can make contact, he can do his job. It all depends upon how he good he is at 'it'. I have had plenty of bantams that could get the job done with full size hens, and others that never figured things out. As previously suggested - give it a try.

It would not be the first time a Bantam rooster was able to successfully breed a large fowl chicken. It depends on the rooster and how cooperative the hen is. If you want to make sure that he breeds her, you can do artificial insemination.

No need for artificial insemination i want to do this just for fun and some questions of mine
