Something, (?) turned over about two gallons of birdseed in a plastic container that I had sitting on top of the tunnel between my east coop and my run; see My BYC page for photos. All of it spilled unto the wooden floor of the tunnel. I do not close up my pop doors at night, only the door to the run. Consequently my rooster and two hens had to step on all the birdseed on the floor of the tunnel as they exited the coop to go into the run. I've cleaned most of it up now, but...
QUESTION: Is it possible that they ate a dangerous amount of the bird seed before I got out there to let them out of the run to free range.
