Can turkeys eat muscadine grapes?

Is it OK for turkeys to eat muscadine grapes?

I have some on our place and the wild turkeys eat them every year. The know exactly when they are ripe.
I have feed them to mine an they do fine on with them too.
I would not go over broad. More like treats for them not buckets of them.
