Can we eat the eggs when they start laying?

maybe a dumb question..but the eggs are smaller than eggs from the store obviously so I am wondering do we wait to eat eggs until they are little bigger? We have seen 2 eggs so far...are they ready to eat???

Yes, you can (and should!) eat them!!

Nothing wrong with them at all - they're just smaller. They'll get bigger once your pullets lay more of them!!

Even the small ones are yummy! my kids love the small ones, just because they are different, lol.
