Can we guess the breed of these chickens? Also, the rooster is 4.5 months old, can it fertilize eggs now?

This rooster started crowing since it was 3 months old.

I wanna know what type of hen is this? I never had any hen that had frizzle hair on top of its head

Looks like mixed breeds to me, Appenzeller and Silkies have feathers tuff on their heads

Also mixed, might have some light Sussex in there somewhere, but the back, comb and legs are not correct for it to be a Sussex

Might even have some Columbian Wyandotte in him, for that the legs and comb is more correct
