Just about all state have laws on hatching eggs import.

I have got burned on a monthly egg swap last year and didn't receive anything from my Christmas partner either.However I did receive a gift from someone else here on BYC that adopted me and sent a box of goodies that was great.I won't mane her but she has been thanked privately.

here is the laws for Ohio, no chickens or turkeys or hatching eggs are to be import unless from a NPIP Flock.

Note Virginia law you must have a permit from Virginia before shipping hatching eggs into that state. (Turkey and chicken).

Because that ends up getting ugly. It causes hurt feelings because those with good intentions and bad circumstances truly meant well but weren't able to follow through for one reason or another.
This is supposed to be a friendly forum. A list like that is a lot like flaming....
