Can weasels climb upside down??

I dug a mini "duck pond" in my backyard and one element is predator proofing.
Considering adding an element to protect against weasels and raccoons.

I'm wondering if weasels can climb upside down, over water ranging from 2-4'deep? Does anyone have video/citations/experience?

I'm sure they can! They are the acrobats of the animal kingdom, but I doubt they'll even try to climb they'll just swim across the pond.

They'd swim across a tiny pond to get duck dinner, just as a raccoon would.

they are free range, but I'm constructing a cave thing over the pond, near the house
