Can you breed red start rooster to ri red and what would you get?

A male chicken can breed pretty much any female chicken, as long as they're compatible size-wise. Breed does not matter in the least when reproduction is on the line

Agree with Misha, you'll get a mix of red and white birds. They'll be very good layers of brown eggs.
