can you brooder ducks with chicks

we just bought 2 mallards an 20 chicks can we brooder them together for a few days we are feeding non med feed.

Yes you can, but you must - MUST- have a waterer sitting on wire mesh so that the ducks can't splash it everywhere into the bedding. Otherwise you will end up with mold, etc ducks are very messy!

thanks i put the water on a plastic cover even with my chicks just keeps it cleaner.

thanks for the tip did not think of that the chciks are all being sold so soon it will be all there's
