Can you decrease temp during lock down

Hey, couldn’t find a thread on it but Is there anyway to decrease the temp of hova bater during lockdown? Like can you crack it open for a second to decrease the temp? Thanks

Do you mean like the chicks are hatching and your humidity is way up?

I usually just leave it alone and it slowly goes back down toward 70 by itself. Is your fan running? You also should have vent plugs you can pull out.

Once I had about a dozen all hatching at the same time and I thought it was going to start raining in there so I quickly lifted one side barely an inch, then did the other side the same. That took the humidity down 5%.

My temp skyrocketed to 104 an hour ago, do you know if you can crack it to bring the temperature down?
