I used my wife's hairdryer after my duckies first bath in summer when we were surprised by a sudden thunderstorm and the temperature suddenly plummeted. That thing has three levels: 747 engine exhaust, fire tornado and cow fart. Used the fart setting at three feet away and the duckies were still scared.

If anything you can lightly rub them with a dry cloth but they will dry under a heat lamp.
