Can you eat eggs from a chicken that has been wormed?

Had to worm the girls and i will lose alot off eggs if i cant eat them if they have been wormed.

It will usually say on the wormer package how long to wait. The standard is about 2 weeks. And do NOT feed the eggs to dogs or back to the chickens, throw them away in the trash.
