Can you eat fertilized eggs?

Well since you all asked, its alot like watermellon seeds. You know you eat a watermellon seed and a watermellon grows in you belly, well everytime I eat a fetilized egg, 21 days later you can hear peeps coming from you belly. Maybe its just me

Im just kidding, Ive ate fertilized eggs, every since I can remember, and so far only hatched 3 chicks, Im almost 30 so thats not to bad.

O.K. silly me but I collect the eggs everyday for the purpose of eating them. If you get fresh eggs everyday and refrigerate them, how do you know if they are fertilized anyway?
