Update: She's fine!!

I set her in front of the fire, trimmed her bum feathers, and let her have a nice nap. She had a HUGE poop and is now wandering around the house looking for the other chickens.

I think it was more the warmth of the fire, then the bath that did it, but I would definitely try both again.
