Can you figure out what breed of Bantys these are?

I have searched the net over for a breed id of this guys We were trying to get rid of them but then my dh started to like them to much. Sorry about the fence this pics were took right after i got them and i had them in a tractor pen

This fist pic is of the roo and an older hen i love the roos coloring

this next one shows his comb its a spiked rosecomb right?

Thats what i was thinking to So i guess i want get no broody mommys from them then. From what i read on the net rosecomb have very low feritility. thanks for helping
