Can you freeze homemade jam/jelly?

I have freezer safe jars..

ETA: this is homemade jam... thats supposed to stay in the fridge..(i didnt "can" it in a pressure canner or seal the jars... I just screwed the lids on.

Yes, My grandmother froze jelly all the time. *sigh* I miss her homemade strawberry jelly. Anyway, as long as you leave a bit of room for expansion, you can actually use glass jars. She did all the time. It stays good for at least a year. In the middle of winter, there's nothing better than homemade jelly on homemade bread.

Sure can. There are also special pectins you can use specifically for "fresh" freezer jam. No cooking. The jams tastes so nice and more like fresh fruit vs. cooked jams.
