Can you guess this breed? I can't! I hatched out a batch of eggs from this bed and breakfast/ meat shop I know(they knew I was going to) and she had some purebred birds pened togother seperately, and then some purebreds mixed together. Well I got an egg from each pen, purebreds and mixed. She has all kinds of chickens, about 2 dozen varieties.

Can you figure out what this one is for me? It came from a medium brown egg, and I think from a purebred pen.

The white on the face is not the camera flash, it is white feathers. Also it has 4 toes.

Polish cross. Her comb doesn't look like a V comb. Looks kind of like a little straight comb. She isn't showing any red, and her crest is nice and round.

It looks like it has some Australorpe in it. The neck feathers are more rounded on pullets and pointed on a roo. Also, roos will get saddle feathers where hens do not. I don't go by comb size to much because hens can have some really big combs as well. Hope this helps.

Hmmm, definately part Polish, she might also have a non crested breed in her

Some kind of Top Hat breed. I'm guessing he/she is crossed due to the two toned leg coloring. Cute little thing whatever it is.
