Can you help identify the sex of my latest edition? hoping it is a pullet but i am seeing roo traits.

Can you please help me identify if this EE is a pullet or a roo? I have got more roos than what was supposed to be hens this year I believe the chick is 9 weeks now. Thank you all for your help in advance!

while that looks suspiciously like a cockerel, I would give him a little longer/a couple of more weeks to prove us wrong. I have so many easter eggers that got misnamed.
