Tennessee Reds are a bobwhite colour, if I'm not mistaken. These look like coturnix. Quail don't have breeds like chickens do, but do have different species and colour variations.
Bobwhite is one species (new world) and coturnix are a different species (old world).
As for colours, I'm guessing that the first picture is either a silver or german pastel. The second picture looks like a Rosetta, the last picture, the white spotted one would be a pearl.
The second pic looks like it could be a Tennessee Red, and a female but the rest look like Coturnix, to me! I'm making this judgement by the color and the beak, and the white patch on the throat.... doesn't look like a Cot's beak. @Nabiki probably has it right about the colors of the Coturnix. I don't raise Cots anymore, and when I did there was only 1 color and they were Pharoah.
