Can you help me find this thread on Bumblefoot??

A long time ago, when I didn't need it yet I read a great thread on bumblefoot. The poster had given specific directions with step by step photos. I desperately need this as I have a buff orp that has suddenly gotten very bad. This link really sounds like it but I can't access it. Can anyone help??

If anyone out there has an EFFECTIVE non-surgical option I would be more than happy to hear it. Not looking forward to this. Wouldn't mind the surgery at all if I were sure my patient wouldn't go flying off the table at some point during the proceedure.

Thank you SO MUCH! I think this is it! I remember that at the end of one of the threads I read said that she was sorry she didn't get the last pic but someone came to the door. That made me laugh, thinking of someone coming to the door in the middle of a bumblefoot surgery. But this is a GREAT thread and thank you so much for finding it.

I put my victim...er I mean patient in the bathroom sink standing and she just stood there and soaked... I shut off the lights during soaking time and she stayed calm. There wasn't much bleeding, and I put her on her side, on a towel and covered her head with part of a towel while doing the surgery to keep her calm.
I never did get the lump to go entirely away, but today she is walking pain free on that foot. I did have to do it twice though.

If you didn't get it all - you'll probably have to go back in and do it again. I had to as well. Just start with the epsom salt soak. If you truly can't get it "all" - you'll have to resort to IM antibiotics as the staph will kill them. Hang in there! This can be a long road!
