Can you help me hatch my first batch of eggs

It's day 2 of the chick being alive. It was awake all night but in the morning it just had it's head tucked in under its body and just refuses to change its head position. Is that normal?

The chicken was starting to bury itself in the bedding so I put the heating lamp directly facing it. When I came back the chicken started to shiver so I put it back in the incubator. It also hasn't ate, does that have to do with the shaking and the head? Also my thermometer might be wrong in the brooder.

2 more have been in lockdown for the past day!

So here is an update. The first chick that hatched is no longer with us. We had another one that hatched and is doing well. The next day another one hatched. But had a heart failure. Right now 2 are pipping.
