Can you help me identify my mystery chick?

He looks like either the blue copper maran chicks or blue americana chicks we bought from a local breeder here in kentuckiana area. The only way I can tell the 2 apart is to see which has feathery feet (maran) and who has puffy cheeks (americana). I call them my fat penguin babies.
