can you help me with this quick question

I went to a chicken swap and see some chickens that looked like their feathers were on backwards. They were all fluffy and looked beautiful. Kinda looked like their feathers had been blow dried and brushed. They also had feathery feet and legs. What breed is this? What are their personality traits as far as managing and transitioning in to a flock?

They are called Frizzled Cochins.

I have some and mine have a very sweet and calm personality. We had no problem with integration into the main flock. I love em.
